UK jobs data was in line with market expectations, as jobless rate 
remained unchanged in Nov, recording 3.8% for a third straight month. 
The overall employment rate ticked up again to 76.3%, reaching its 
highest level on record, boosted by rising employment of women in 
full-time work. Self-employment showed a sharp increase as well in Nov, 
sitting above 5mln for the first time. Total AWE remained at Oct's 3.2%, 
while regular earnings (ex-bonus) slowed further in Nov to 3.4%. With 
inflation at weak levels, real earnings continue to grow.
