The failure to break below the July 6 low over the past two days has returned
some upside momentum to 10-year yields, with the short-term downtrend from the
July 16 high giving way. Bulls need to reclaim the 2.90 level to target the
August 6 lows, now acting as resistance.  Bears continue to focus on the 2.8053
July 6 low. Below here, little resistance is seen until the 200-DMA at 2.7682.
