US CPI: Core Goods Scorching, While Services Also Strong

June saw another all-time record print for M/M core goods inflation going back to the 1950s (+2.16% M/M vs +1.82% in May), while core services pick up to +0.44% vs +0.37% last month though down from the +0.54% high posted in April. See chart.
