US Natgas Steady With Return of LNG Flows Expected

US Natgas holding near the lowest since March on robust production levels, the forecast for near normal temperatures and the expected return of LNG flows.

    • US Natgas NOV 22 up 0.4% at 5.48$/mmbtu
  • Lower 48 dry gas production was yesterday at 100.55bcf/d while current demand was up above normal at 78.55bcf/d. The latest weather forecast suggests above normal temperatures in the East and below normal in the West in the 6-10 day period but a return to near normal beyond.
  • Deliveries to LNG export terminals are today estimated at 11.9bcf/d with Cove Point expected to return from an outage shortly and Freeport gradually expected back during November.
