US' Nuland Urges Turkey to Not Allow Russia to Evade Sanctions

    • Nuland says even if Turkey can’t join sanctions, its territory should not be used to evade sanctions or to become “a pool for dirty oligarch money. – bbg
  • Regulator says banks who do not convert 10% of their foreign currency reserves into FX-linked deposits by 15 April and 20% by July 8 will face penalties.
    • Failure to do so will result in 1.5% commission to the CBRT on an annual basis, while those that convert will see an exemption from the 25% required reserve ratio – Sozcu:
