US Treasuries are dragged lower by Europe

  • US Treasuries are now getting dragged lower, as Bund extends further losses past Yesterday's low.
  • In terms of pure Technical, next support is seen past the 133.00 handle, at 132.89 50.0% retracement of the Oct 4 - Dec 27 bull phase.

In Yield terms, reference 133.27:

  • 2.432% = 132.77 (50% retrace of Oct/Dec fall).
  • 2.500% = 132.04 (Nov Gap).

In FX USDJPY now test session high, taking its cue from the rise in Yields.
