US TSYS SUMMARY: *** US Treasuries traded higher midday Wed after a weaker NY
opening, bull flattening on US Tsy refunding annc as Tsy kept auction sizes
unch'd, but TBAC urged to raise Tsy supply issuance in front end. 10Y yld 2.359%
- Some US accts' selling early on strong +235K Oct ADP priv payrolls; foreign
accts inactive as hoped to buy higher ylds. Tsys flattening done after Tsy
3/10/30Y refunding auction announcement. TBAC meeting with Tsy said it wanted to
have issuance increases in front end. 
- The 30-year bond drew brisk buying midmorning on the softer 58.7 Oct. US ISM
Purchgs Mgrs index, soft ISM prices paid. The 30Y bond dragged up rest of curve
in price. Mkt ignored stronger 0.3% Sept. construction spending. Lg end aided by
9:47am ET block buy of 3,201 WNZ Tsy futures at 165-03. 
- Morning flatteners: 2/5Y, 2/7Y, 2/10Y and 5/30Y cash Tsys curves. TIPS and
nominal Tsys both improved; fast$ doing 5s10s steepener, bank buying in 30s; MBS
fairly steady after midmorning bid.
- Pres. Trump to annc Fed chair Thu afternoon; leaves early Fri for Asia trip
(Nov 3-14).
