US Tsy futures trade just off daily.....>

US TSYS/10Y
US TSYS/10Y: US Tsy futures trade just off daily highs after breaking out across
the curve with the 10-year trading at 119-18+ and the 10-year cash yield down at
3.017%, its lowest level since mid-September.
- The strength has partly reflected the follow through from Powell's relatively
dovish comments yesterday but have also received support from a reversal in risk
appetite, particularly in China where stocks have moved from strong gains to
heavy losses.
- Most of the action has been at the long end with the bullish flattening seen
in the 2s-10s spread, which currently trades down 1.7bps at 23.6bp.
- Breakevens have remained flat consolidating yesterday's gains, putting renewed
downside pressure on real yields.
- U.S. focus turns to personal income/spending due today along with FOMC Nov
meeting minutes ahead of the Trump-Xi meeting Saturday.
