DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD has edged lower in early Asia-Pac dealing, benefitting
from a modest risk-on feel, trading at C$1.3120. 
- The pair climbed >50 pips Monday and was just 10 pips short of the Oct highs
at C$1.3159 at the session peak, before it pared back.The move to highs came
after Bloomberg reported that the Trump administration is considering another
wave of tariffs should the Trump-Xi talks end up with no trade deal, which was
later refuted by the White House allowing the rate to ease. 
- Bears keep an eye on the 100-DMA at C$1.3075. A break below would open up the
50-DMA at C$1.3015. Bulls need to retake Monday's high of C$1.3149 before
targeting the C$1.3175 Sep 11 high. 
- Focus this week falls on Canadian GDP due Weds and labour mkt data on Fri.
