DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD last C$1.3278, 23 pips higher on the day, with WTI
trading ~$0.30 lower. As a reminder, Canadian FinMin Morneau spoke in Asia-Pac
hours saying that he has no expectation of "difficult times " in Canada's
growth. 
- After briefly looking above the level, bulls need a move through yesterday's
peak at C$1.3284, before targeting the 55-DMA at C$1.3334. On the downside,
bears keep an eye on yesterday's low of C$1.3235, and a fall through that level
would allow them to attempt a move at the 100-DMA support at C$1.3195. 
- Canadian focus falls on domestic CPI due tomorrow.
