DOLLAR-CANADA: USD/CAD operated within a 17 pip range overnight, as both sides
of the rate struggled, and last deals at C$1.3401. This came after the pair
rallied on a drop in crude oil prices yesterday. 
- Matters around the arrest of Huawei CFO Meng are a factor to watch with Meng's
bail hearing set to resume later today. 
- Bulls continue to eye the 1.0% 10-DMA envelope at C$1.3429 before challenging
the Dec 6 high at C$1.3445. Meanwhile, bears seek a fall through yesterday's
intraday low at C$1.3293 before targeting the 21-DMA at C$1.3269. 
- Canadian calendar for the rest of the week is very light.
