USDJPY makes another attempt at 155.00

  • The Dollar is mostly flat against G10s going into the European session, but overall, looking at the past 5 days, the Greenback has been paring some of its gains, with the Aussie the best performer for that period, up 1.2%, also boosted overnight, after the Australian CPI came above consensus.
  • The Yen is still squarely at the forefront, down 0.34% for that last 5 days period, as USDJPY makes another attempt at the 155.00 level post EU Cash Govie open.
  • The Aussie still leads, up 0.40%, but AUDUSD has faded from its session high, after testing the next immediate resistance of 0.6529 50-day EMA, printed a 0.6530 high.
