The continued failure to close above the July 30 highs has taken the steam out

of the recent rally and put the focus back to neutral for now. Bears need to

prevent a close above the July 10 highs to avoid bulls gaining further upside

momentum and targeting the May 22 peak. On the downside, a break below the

August 21 low is still needed to shift the outlook bearish.
