Together, we exchanged views on:The EU-Ukraine summit; Reforms agenda; @EU_Commission coronavirus support (€1.2 billion); Minsk Agreements; & Belarus.

  • EU-Ukraine dialogue likely to prove crucial with regards to EU actions towards Belarus. While both the EU and Ukraine are seeking a transfer of power in Minsk, neither can be seen to actively support the opposition's activities as it could provide the Kremlin with a precursor to intervene directly in the ongoing protests movements.
