BOE: / VIEW; Barclays say they "currently maintain" their outlook for unchanged
policy, "but believe that the September minutes are setting the path to a rate
hike, conditional on data confirming the Bank's forecasts".
- Barclays still think November is too early to hike rates but see the BoE
reassessing its forecasts, and if the data comes in-line between now and
November then "the language of the minutes and the press conference will be even
more assertive to prepare markets for a February hike".
