VIEW CHANGE: Swedbank now looks for 2x25bp hikes to 4.25% terminal

"We have long expected the Riksbank to hike by 25 bps in September, but now expect that the Riksbank will also hike in November, to a terminal rate of 4.25%. We continue to view inflationary risks as tilted to the upside, not least due to the record weak SEK. That, coupled with surprisingly hawkish decisions from other central bank recently, is likely to keep the Riksbank in hiking mode for longer."
