EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE

Greece looks sell bills today while Germany and France came to the market on Monday. We look for issuance at first round auctions of E13.9bln, down from E24.5bln last week.

  • Germany kicked off issuance on Monday morning selling E5bln (E4.951bln allotted) of the 3-month Mar 22, 2023 bubill and E2bln (E1.956bln allotted) of the 9-month Sep 20, 2023 bubill.
  • Monday afternoon, France sold E6.298bln of 13/22/48-week BTFs, the top of the target range: E3.499bln of the new 13-week Mar 1, 2023 BTF, E1.300bln of the 22-week May 4, 2023 BTF and E1.499bln of the 48-week Nov 1, 2023 BTF.
  • Today, Greece will look to sell E625mln of the 26-week Jun 2, 2023 GTB.
