EUROZONE T-BILL ISSUANCE

Germany, France, Austria, Italy and Greece will look to sell bills next week. We look for issuance at first round operations of E21.1bln, slightly higher to this week's E20.3bln.

  • Germany will kick off eurozone bill issuance for the week on Monday, with E2bln of the 5-month Sep 20, 2023 bubill and E4bln of the 11-month Mar 20, 2024 bubill on offer.
  • On Monday afternoon France will look to sell up to E6.5bln of BTFs: E2.2-2.6bln of the 12-week Jul 19, 2023 BTF, E1.5-1.9bln of the 21-week Sep 29, 2023 BTF and E1.6-2.0bln of the new 51-week Apr 17, 2024 BTF.
  • On Tuesday, Austria will reopen E1bln of the 3-month Jul 27, 2023 ATB and E1bln of the 6-month Oct 27, 2023 ATB.
  • Italy will come to the market on Wednesday with E6.0bln of BOTs on offer: E3.5bln of the 5-month Sep 29, 2023 BOT and E2.5bln of the 9-month Feb 14, 2024 BOT.
  • Greece will look to sell E625mln of the new 26-week Oct 27, 2023 GTB on Wednesday, concluding eurozone bill issuance for the week.
