- The 8-party gov't will include the Islamist Ra'am, the first Arab party in an Israeli gov't since the the Arab List for Bedouin and Villagers in 1974-77. The party, with just 4 Knesset members, will be given the positions of a deputy minister in the PM's Office that will deal with Arab affairs and the chairmanship of the Knesset interior committee and committee on Arab society.
- As part of the agreement, centrist Yesh Atid party head becomes foreign minister, Right-wing Russian speakers' interest Yisrael Beiteinu will be given the finance ministry, with party leader Avigdor Lieberman as finance minister. The centre-left Labor Party will have the Transportation, Public Security and Diaspora Affairs portfolios, with party head Merav Michaeli as transport minister.
