GILTS: We are getting a few questions on Carney's comments that the
countercyclical buffer could be lowered in a no deal Brexit. This would
effectively lead to lower minimum reserves which could therefore lower demand
for gilts. Gilts had already been moving lower ahead of these comments, but
these comments will probably have added to lower momentum.
