Westpac's Evans Looks For AUD/USD To Move To $0.70 By June

AUD

Westpac chief economist Bill Evans notes that that bank has made "significant changes" to its forecast for FOMC policy, and now expects "increases in the federal funds rate in June; September; and December 2022 and a faster taper of bond purchases. We do not expect these changes to impact the RBA. This significant change in interest rate differentials will push the AUD down to USD $0.70 by June."
