What to watch

MARKET INSIGHT
  • Fixed income continued its moves off cycle lows in early Asia trading before moving back to closer to yesterday's closing levels.
  • It's another relatively light day for economic data with Italian IP and the German ZEW survey the highlights but there will be more focus on Fed / ECB speakers later today. We are due to hear from Fed's Williams, Barkin, Waller, Kashkari and Mester as well as the ECB's Nagel, Villeroy and de Guindos.
  • It's also a busy day of supply in Europe with the Netherlands, UK, Austria and Germany all due to sell bonds while three countries look to sell bills.
  • Markets will also likely start to look ahead to tomorrow's US inflation print.
