ENERGY
- The API oil inventory data is due at 16:30ET ahead of the EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report tomorrow. US crude inventories could have fallen 1.2mbbl in the week to May 3, according to a preliminary Reuters poll after the large build last week.
- The EIA Short Term Energy Outlook is due for release at 10:00ET (17:00BST) today with updates for oil, gas, and power, as the market looks for indications of the future pace of US supply and outlook for demand growth.
