  • Fed Speak: NY Fed Williams and Fed VC Barr at a NY Fed conference, moderated Q&A at 1145ET. Main focus is on Fed Chairman Powell as he delivers his semi-annual congressional testimony before the House Financial Services Committee on Wednesday at 1000ET, and the Senate Banking Committee on Thursday at 1000ET.
  • Treasury auctions: $65B 13W, $58B 26W bill auctions at 1130ET; $50B 42D CMB auction at 1300ET.
