ENERGY
- The OPEC Monthly Oil Market Report is due for release today around 13:00 CET providing an outlook for crude oil market developments for the coming year. The IEA Oil Market Report is due out tomorrow.
- The day delayed API oil inventory data is due at 16:30 ET ahead of the EIA Weekly Petroleum Status Report tomorrow. The EIA data last week showed a build in crude and large builds in both gasoline and distillates stocks.
- The latest Genscape European ARA crude inventories will be released at 09:00GMT. Data last week showed stocks at 53.31mbbls compared to the five year average for this week of 54.8mbbls.
- The Feb24 WTI options expire against the 19:30BST futures close price today with the main strike of note just below the current market at 70$/bbl.
