  • Tsys looking weaker, near overnight lows (new lead quarterly TYM4 -10 to 110-01 low) took cues from weaker core EGBs overnight following steady to higher than expected German, France and Spain CPI readings.
  • Though lower, Tsys are still inside a two week range since breaking lower on Feb 13 due to higher than expected US CPI reading.
  • Flurry of data ahead: PCE Deflator, Weekly & Continuing claims at 0830ET. MNI Chicago PMI at 0945ET, Pending Home Sales at 1000ET while KC Fed manufacturing wraps things up at 1100ET.
  • US Treasury auctions: $95B 4W, $90B 8W bills at 1130ET.
  • Scheduled Fed speakers: Atlanta Fed Bostic fireside chat (no text) at 1050ET, Chicago Fed Goolsbee on monetary policy (Q&A, livestreamed) at 1100ET, Cleveland Fed Mester on Financial Stability and Regulation at 1315ET and again at 1530ET on Yahoo Finance. NY Fed's Williams moderated discussion/livestreamed wraps up this evening at 2010ET.
