WTI Mar24 Option Expiry – Wed 14 February 24 at 14:30 ET close
- A total of 707mbbls of open March 24 options positions on CME and ICE are currently due to expire against the March future close tomorrow. Current aggregate open interest is 377k call contracts and 330k puts.
- The open interest across all WTI options on both exchanges is 1.71m calls and 1.20m puts.
- Most open positions at nearby strikes are on call options with the biggest exposures at the $75/bbl and $80/bbl strike prices. The biggest nearby put strike of interest is at 75$/bbl.
