Soybean futures remain in a downtrend and short-term gains are considered corrective. The outlook is bearish following recent weakness that resulted in a range breakout on Jul 1 / 5. This also means a bearish price sequence of lower lows and lower highs has been established. A resumption of weakness would pave the way for a move towards $1276.00, the Jan 18 low. On the upside, initial resistance is at $1393.00, the Jul 18 low.
