XM Moves Off Fresh Session Lows After New ACGB Dec-34 Syndication

XMM3 sits -3.0, consolidating a little off session lows, after pricing A$14bn of the new ACGB Dec-34 via syndication. This issue size was the same as the syndication of the then new May-34 bond on November 8. With A$61bn in bids received at the final clearing price, pointing to more than ample demand.

  • The contract registered a fresh session low as a wave of hedging related selling came around the time of pricing, before pressure abated and the contract moved away from worst levels.
