AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: YM & XM sit 0.5 tick above their respective settlement levels
after a fairly sideways SYCOM session.
- Activity is likely to remain limited ahead of FY end (Monday) & Tuesday's RBA
MonPol decision, barring any notable swings in broader risk sentiment. The IB
strip currently prices a ~70% chance of a cut from the RBA next week.
- IRZ9 underperforming the rest of the strip -2.0 ticks vs. mostly unch. through
the reds.
- The AOFM's weekly issuance schedule will provide some interest today.
Elsewhere, a regional holiday in Victoria may have a marginal impact on
liquidity.
