Dec-18 Schatz futures started the weak on a bearish note, breaking below the Sep

11 low to test the Aug 1 level at 111.790. A break below here would trigger a

large scale topping pattern, shifting the medium-term outlook bearish. Bulls

need to recover the Sep 6 high of 111.895 to take the pressure off, but a close

back above the 55-dma at 111.920 would be needed to materially improve the

outlook.
