US 5YR bullish conditions remain in place. Prices have arrived at the next
hurdle for bulls, 76.4% retracement of Sep 4 - Sep 13 decline, at 119-27+. A
push through this resistance would further cement bullish conditions clearing
the way for a climb to 120.00 and also significantly increasing the chances of a
near-term retest of the contract high at 120-13 from Sep 4. Momentum studies
remain firm reinforcing the current positive mood. Support lies at 119-102.
