TurkGBs Trim Gains from Last Week as Risk Sentiment Sours

  • Local & USD rates open mixed this morning amid broadly weaker risk sentiment filtering through from the APAC session.
  • USD bond yields stand +3-8.7bp higher with the belly (5-7Y tenors) most offered. W/w, however.
  • TurkGBs closed out a mostly firmer week with the curve -23-122bp lower across the breadth.
  • 5-10Y yields fell -96-122bp with the 7Y most bid w/w. The 5Y CDS rose +9bp on Friday and is up +10.91bp this morning as price action approaches the 600 mark – which has mostly held since mid-March.
