DUTCH AUCTION PREVIEW
  • The Netherlands is due to come to the market this morning to sell E1.5-2.5bln of the 0.50% Jan-40 Green DSL.
  • There is currently E8.99bln outstanding of the Green DSL. It was originally launched in May 2019 via syndication for E5.99bln before being reopened via auction twice in 2020.
  • The 2020 auctions were in January and June and saw E1.20bln and E1.42bln taken in the first rounds respectively.
  • Demand for green issues remains very high both globally and across the Eurozone so we expect a very successful auction today.
  • This is likely to be the only auction of the Green DSL this year according to the DSTA's issuance plans for 2021.
  • Timing: Results will be due shortly after the auction closes at 9:00GMT.
