10-Year Greek/Bund Spread Below 150bp, Greek/Italy 10-Year Spread Hits New All-Time Extreme

EGBS

The post-Greek election dynamics that we have covered elsewhere leave 10-Year GGBs trading at the tightest level seen vs. German 10s since early ’22, with the spread compressing to sit below 150bp. Meanwhile, Greek 10s print ~35bp through their Italian equivalent, resulting in a fresh all-time low for that spread.
