The rally Wednesday topped out at 3.1586, keeping 3.20 as the next upside target
after yields drifted lower throughout US trade. 10-year yields continue to hold
the recovery of recent losses, keeping the focus on 3.20. A close above here
allows bulls to challenge the Oct 9 cycle high at 3.2549. Bears need to break
the Oct 3 low at 3.0482 to change the short-term outlook, bringing the Aug 1
high back into play just above the 3.0 level.
