10Y yield Continues To Consolidate Lower Following June CPI Print

POLAND
  • Poland 10Y yield continues to consolidate lower following June CPI print this morning, currently trading at its lowest level since May 7.
  • As a reminder, Polish (preliminary) CPI inflation decelerated in June, up 4.4% YoY (vs. 4.6% expected) and down from 4.7% from the previous month.
  • Even though CPI inflation is expected to remain elevated in H2 2021, a potential fall in Poland inflation surprise index could continue to push LT bond yields lower.
  • Next support to watch stands at 1.61% (100 DMA).
