EURO-STERLING TECHS: 55-DMA Providing Support
The 55-dma continues to provide EURGBP with support despite a brief foray lower
on Friday, keeping the outlook neutral. Consolidation above 0.8622 is required
to return the focus to the 0.8700 level and strengthen the uptrend. Above here
would bring the March 23 high & 100-dma back into view at 0.8723/43. A close
below the 55-dma would reignite downside momentum toward the 0.8600 handle,
opening the Apr 5 low & 61.8% retracement level at 0.8557/54.
