A Busy Local Docket

AUSSIE BONDS

The lack of decisive net direction in U.S. Tsys during Tuesday's session left Aussie Bond futures little changed after recovering from their early lows in post-Sydney trade, with YM -0.5 and XM +0.5 come the bell.

  • Most of today's local focus will fall on RBA speak, with Deputy Governor Debelle set to appear before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economics, elsewhere, Assistant Governor Bullock will speak on "The Housing Market and Financial Stability." A$1.0bn of ACGB 4.25% 21 April 2026 supply and the release of the latest Westpac leading index print will also be seen.
