A Contained Morning

JGBS

Futures consolidated/added to overnight losses, operating in a tight range during the Tokyo morning, hitting the bell -8 vs. yesterday's settlement level. Cash trade saw yields little changed to a touch higher across the curve, given the move in futures since yesterday's close. There is little to add to matters that we have previously flagged. 2-Year JGB supply headlines this afternoon, with participants seemingly eying the Golden Week holiday exit. A reminder that the BoJ's Rinban schedule for May will hit after hours today.
