JGBS: A heavy start for the Nikkei 225 (last -2.9%), in lieu of Friday's fall in
U.S. equities, coupled with some catch up in cash JGBs, resulting in bull
flattening, has allowed JGB futures to consolidate almost all of their overnight
session gains.
- The space shrugged off comments from former BoJ Deputy Gov. Nakaso.
- Focus now falls on the upcoming BoJ Rinban operations covering 1-5 & 10-25+
Year paper, as well as a recently announced address from BoJ Governor Kuroda,
due this afternoon, and comments from BoJ's Harada, due later in the day.
