A limited session for JGBs. Futures operated...>

JGBS
JGBS: A limited session for JGBs. Futures operated around settlement levels for
most of the afternoon session, with some modest bull flattening creeping into
the curve on the back of the latest 30-Year JGB auction which saw the cover
ratio hold up and a slightly wider price tail when compared to the previous
30-Year auction. The low price met dealer exp. (based on the BBG poll).
- All in all, futures have stuck to a tight range, with little in the way of
headline flow apparent, although the contract has managed to draw support from a
negative day for the Nikkei 225.
- Focus tomorrow moves to Q4's final GDP reading, BoP data and 1-5 Year Rinban
operations.
