Workers Seeking New Jobs At Highest Rate Since 2015

US

A new Gallup report finds that, “Employees across America are feeling increasingly detached from their jobs. They are seeking new job opportunities at the highest rate since 2015, while overall satisfaction with their employer has returned to a record low.”

  • Semafor notes on the report: “Several factors appear to be driving this shift post-pandemic… including the uptick in remote work and shifting employee expectations. Nearly three-quarters of employees surveyed also said their organization faced some kind of disruptive change in the last year.”
  • Semafor adds: “The federal government will publish the October Job Openings and Labor Turnover Survey later today, and will release the November jobs report on Friday.”
