DOLLAR-YEN: A modest decline in UST yields has seen the dollar come under some
mild selling pressure, the rate edging lower from around Y112.85 to a base so
far of Y112.56. Nikkei is mildly supportive, the cash index opening higher by
0.23% and since extended the move to +0.35%. Hourly support from Oct2 lies at
Y112.53, a break opens Y112.40 (Oct2 low), while Asia's high of Y112.91 is
initial resistance. Dollar-yen is currently changing hands at Y112.63.
