KIWI: A slightly softer growth outlook from New Zealand's NZIER & a soft Q2
manufacturing print weighed on the NZD during the session, although there was no
immediate reaction to either release. The move was also aided by the USD
experiencing a modest uptick after the broader post-NFP strength.
- This allowed the cross to register a fresh cycle & 2+-Year low ($0.6513).
- Initial support is noted at the YtD low followed by the figure ($0.6500),
while resistance is noted at 06 September high ($0.6616).
- The NZ docket is somewhat limited for the remainder of the week.
