US TSYS: A very limited session for the space, with T-Notes sticking to a tight
range overnight. Yields trade 0.2-0.7bp lower across the curve.
- There was little in the way of market reaction on the back of comments from
Boston Fed President & 2019 FOMC voter Rosengren. RTRS covered headlines from
his latest address, in which he noted that the U.S. economy is still doing
"quite well," highlighting that a recession is not his base case. On inflation,
Rosengren noted that he favours the Fed adopting a target inflation range that
recognises the challenge of low rates.
- Eurodollar futures trade unchanged to 0.5 tick lower through the reds.
- Industrial production data headlines the local docket today. On the central
bank front, Fed's Kaplan is set to speak.
- T-Notes last 123.06, U.S. 10-Year cash Tsy yields last 2.547%.
