BUNDS
BUNDS: A very quiet Asia-Pacific session for the German fixed income futures
space, with contracts trading shy of settlement levels on very light volumes, in
a tight range. Bunds last 18 ticks lower, Bobls 8.0 ticks lower and Schatz 2.0
ticks lower.
- Comments from ECB's Knot were covered by BBG. Knot noted that core inflation
still isn't showing any signs of life, and that he believes that there is no
reason to expect any more than "a little slowing of growth." Knot also
highlighted that QE remains in the ECB's toolbox, to be used only in extreme
circumstances.
- German state and national CPI data will hit later today.
