  • No rating changes since earnings so still a curve that screens tight to us. & still see more value in reverse Yankee name Booking.com - which was again left behind (-1-3bps tighter).
  • Booking was affirmed at A3 yesterday (as we expected) - Moody's recognising the dividend restart and remaining $14b in buybacks but happy to stay unch. given strong cash position & expected earnings growth/CF generation this FY.
  • Moody's did flag AI as a risk to accelerating consumer to hotel direct channel and/or new entrants to the space.
