ACGB Jun-31 Supply Goes Smoothly

AUSSIE BONDS

The latest round of ACGB Jun-31 supply went smoothly enough, with the weighted average yield printing 0.63bp through prevailing mids at the time of the auction (per Yieldbroker), while the cover ratio ticked back above 3.00x (which is the number seen as a bit of a litmus test when it comes to decent demand at ACGB auctions at present). Ultimately, the stabilisation in the space on the back of the caution surrounding the Russia-Ukraine situation, coupled with the consolidation of most of the recent cheapening, attracted enough buyers to promote smooth passage of supply.
