ACGB May-34 Supply Goes Well

AUSSIE BONDS

The latest round of ACGB May-34 supply sees the recent run of strong pricing at ACGB auctions continue, with the weighted average yield printing 1.26bp through prevailing mids (per Yieldbroker), while the cover ratio comfortably topped the 3.50x mark. The trepidation surrounding the global banking sector seemingly countered any meaningful caution surrounding the recent ACGB richening & the repricing on the RBA-dated OIS strip. There has been nothing in the way of notable movement in ACGB-34 cash trade and XM futures post-auction.
